• No two runner will be alike, each is unique to its own, including its words placement and cursiveness.
• Our Sympathy Runner are handwritten with Love. Hence we will not be able to offer you a full refund (no-refund policy) should you change your mind, unless there has been some quality issue (damage in fabric, smudged ink, etc).
• Should there be a change in delivery address or special arrangement to is required, please notify the team of the Last Hand immediately. Should a redelivery be required, a standard delivery rate ($20) applies, and delivery will be made at the next available time slot within the same day.
• In such case where you have received a wrong item or have a quality issue, please contact us directly. You may want to include pictures of your order to help us understand your concerns. We will respond to you as soon as we can.
• Flower arrangement and stands are available for complimentary next-day delivery. Order(s) will be required to be confirmed (with payment) before 12pm, to be eligible for complimentary next-day delivery.
• If you would require the flowers to be delivered within the same day of order, please write in to us via email, with your order number. Same-day delivery will be charged at a flat delivery rate of $20 per location.
